  1. Check whether the hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion condition of all black metal components of the high pole lamp (including the inner wall of the pole) and the anti-loosening method of the fastener meet the requirements.

  2. Check the verticality of the high pole lamp (it is necessary to use theodolite to measure and test regularly according to the requirements), the allowable error of the pole should be less than 3 of the pole height. The straightness error of the axis of the pole shall not be greater than 2‰ of the pole length.

   3. Check the mechanical strength of the lamp panel to ensure the safe use of the lamp panel, and check its heat dissipation status for the enclosed lamp panel.

  4. Check the appearance of the light pole and whether the weld is corroded. For those that cannot be replaced after a long service period, use ultrasonic, magnetic particle inspection and other inspection methods to inspect and test the weld if necessary.

  5. Check the fastening bolts of the lamp bracket, and adjust the projection direction of the lamp reasonably;

  6. Carefully check the operating conditions of the wires (flexible cables or cords) in the lamp panel to see if the wires are subjected to excessive mechanical stress, whether they are aging, cracked, or exposed. If they are unsafe, they should be dealt with immediately.

  7. Replace and repair damaged light source appliances and other components.

   8. Check the electrical safety performance, check the insulation resistance between the power supply line and the ground: not less than 10M Jian.

   9. View power distribution and control equipment

   (1) The power distribution circuit and the lamp panel circuit should be fixedly connected.

  (2) The wire connection should be strong and reliable, without loosening or falling off.

  (3) Check the three-phase load balance status and the midnight light control status.

  (4) Check the electrical connections. When torsion, twists and vibrations are possible, they should be securely and reliably fixed without looseness.

  10, the key points to check the lifting transmission system

  (1) A comprehensive view of the manual and electric functions of the lifting transmission system, requiring sensitive organizational transmission, stable lifting, safety and reliability.

  (2) The deceleration organization should be sensitive, light, and self-locking function safe and reliable. The gear ratio is reasonable, and the speed of the lamp panel should not exceed 6m/min when it is raised and lowered electrically (it can be measured with a stopwatch).

  (3) Check whether the stainless steel wire rope has broken strands, and replace it firmly if found.

   (4) Check the brake motor, the speed should meet the relevant planning requirements and safety performance requirements.

  (5) Check the transmission system overload safety clutch and other overload safety protection equipment.

  (6) Check the electrical and mechanical limit equipment, limit equipment and over-travel limit protection equipment of the lamp panel lifting.
