The infrared sensor is manipulated according to the conversion of light intensity into an electronic signal.

Infrared sensor is generally composed of three parts: transmitter, signal receiver and test power circuit.

The signal transmitter aligns the transmitted light, and the transmitted light generally comes from semiconductor material lamp source, light-emitting diode (LED), laser diode, infrared emitting tube. The light is sent without interruption or the pulse width is changed. The signal receiver is composed of photodiodes, optical triodes and phototubes.

The front side of the signal receiver is equipped with optical devices such as lens and focal length. The next step is to check the power circuit, which can filter out reasonable data signals and use the data signals. In addition, the structural components of the photoelectric switch include a transmitting board and an optical fiber line.

Triangular reflector is a strong launch system. It is composed of small and medium-sized triangular pyramid reflective surface materials, which can accurately return light from the reflective layer, and has practical and practical significance. It can change the transmission viewing angle within the range of 0-25 with the linear optical axis, so that the light basically starts from the transmission line, and then gradually returns from the reflection line.

Infrared induction communication is the use of infrared induction technology to complete close confidential communication and information content sharing between two points. It is generally composed of infrared sensor sending and receiving system software. The transmitting device is equipped with an infrared induction radioactive material to send infrared induction data signals, and the receiving system software is received by electronic optical equipment and infrared induction detectors to produce an infrared induction communication system. Let me talk about what infrared sensor is. Everyone knows that the visible light visible to the human eye is sorted from longest to shortest light wavelength, followed by red, orange, yellow, green, blue, blue, and purple. Among them, the wavelength range of red visible light is 0.62~0.76μm; the wavelength range of violet visible light is 0.38~0.46μm. Light with a shorter wavelength than violet is called ultraviolet light, and light with a wavelength shorter than red light is called infrared induction. The infrared signal uses near-infrared induction with a light wavelength of 0.76~1.5μm to transmit and manipulate data signals.
