Why LED street lights are waterproof and anti-corrosion

time:2022-03-03 Views:15

Since the working environment of LED street lights is outdoors and vulnerable to wind and rain, the material of LED street lights should preferably be waterproof and anti-corrosion.

The anti-corrosion of the LED light pole is sprayed with hot-dip galvanized surface treatment, and the anti-corrosion quality meets the regulations. The average thickness of the hot-dip galvanized layer is not less than 85μm. 100μm, the spray layer is uniform and complete, the surface is smooth, and the adhesion meets the requirements of relevant standards.

The access door under the LED light pole is parallel to the axis of the light pole. The access door is 320mm × 120mm above the ground, and the height is 400mm. The grounding terminal is welded in the door; the gap is not more than 2mm, the door cover is interchangeable, and the anti-theft measures are effective and reliable.
